Withdrawal Policy

Authors may request withdrawal of a submission only at specific stages of the editorial process:

Before Peer Review

Authors may withdraw their manuscript without penalty before reviewers have been assigned.

During Peer Review

Withdrawal during the review process is strongly discouraged. If unavoidable, the corresponding author must submit a written explanation to editor@qjash.com.

After Acceptance

Withdrawal after acceptance is generally not permitted except in cases of established scientific or ethical concerns.

Post-Publication

For published articles, retraction or correction follows COPE guidelines and is at the editor's discretion based on evidence.
